Challenge One

Over the next half term I would like you to put together a video report between 5 - 10 minutes long. You will need to collect information on both WW1 and WW2.

 

I would like you to answer the question 'Did  WW1 or WW2 have the biggest impact on our locality?'

 

Areas of research you may want to focus on:

 

  • Signing up to fight; Who could? How did this happen? How did this affect families?
  •  Changes to daily life; food, jobs, clothes, how to stay safe, evacuees 
  •  How and why did each war start? Mention certain key figures or dictators.
  •  Lasting impacts 

 

You may wish to create a poster, print off facts, create a fact file etc to show on your video report, it is up to you how you share your answer.
